The system of oxygen production by VSA adopts the most advanced oxygen production molecular sieve. At the pressure that is slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure, when the air is blown into the adsorber by the blower fan, nitrogen, water and carbon dioxide in the air are adsorbed firstly and 90~ 95% oxygen flows out of the adsorber. Then use vacuum pump to desorb the adsorber, which is saturated by nitrogen, water and carbon dioxide, to make the adsorbent regenerate. Circulating these processes can successively get enriched oxygen.
The production of enriched oxygen by air separation used to be emploed in the supply of oxygen on a small scale, for example, the supply of oxygen under 1000m3/ h. However, along with the successful development of the new type LI-X adsorbent, the production of enriched oxygen by PSA is used in the supply of oxygen on the medium-sized scale. Our corporation introduces into oxygen production technology of low energy consumption and advanced oxygen production molecular sieve with high quality, so the investment in the device is greatly reduced.
